Sharing a Sunny Square

Today, I found Angie and Cabana sharing a sunny patch on the carpet. Though Angie and Cabana have co-existed in the same house without any problems for the past 2.5 years, it's only in the past couple months that Angie started allowing Cabana to be this close to her. In fact, Cabana was sitting in the sunny spot first, when Angie decided to join her.
Angie is now 16-years old, not sure how old she'd be in cat years. But obviously, old dogs aren't the only ones who can learn new tricks.

I love it when my dog and cat do something unexpected like that. You have no idea the joy I feel when Addie DOESN'T pounce on the cat for no apparent reason. Small victories...I'll take what I can get! =) Cabana and Angie are total cuties

Hey, guess what, PeeWee has a seeing eye dog drop out in his agilities class. Makes momma so mad the way he just lays down and doesn't fuss... unlike other dogs.
